Laila Ramadhani

I am an illustrator from Indonesia with a background in design, specializing in children’s picture books. Since childhood, I have been deeply inspired by beautifully illustrated storybooks that I discovered in libraries — books filled with magical images that stayed with me long after I turned the last page. That early sense of wonder continues to shape my creative journey today.
Through my work, I strive to create illustrations that are warm, meaningful, and emotionally engaging. I believe that illustration is a powerful bridge between ideas and readers — a visual language that can touch hearts, spark imagination, and make stories feel alive. Being able to translate words into images that resonate with children and families is what brings me the greatest joy as an illustrator.
